John Glavin, President
A licensed investigator for more than 28 years, Mr. Glavin has an extensive background in insurance investigation and corporate litigation. John worked as a juvenile delinquency counselor and in the insurance industry, and was licensed and bonded as an investigator in 1981. He also has international experience as a special investigative unit (SIU) team member.
A recognized expert in insurance investigation and corporate litigation, John has appeared on national television programs, including Geraldo Rivera and Inside Edition.
David R. Grace, Vice President/General Counsel
Mr. Grace has been practicing law in both State and Federal Courts for the past 25 years. In addition, Mr. Grace is a Certified Mediator for the Florida Circuit Courts, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States Bankruptcy Court.
Prior to Law School, Mr. Grace served as a military and civilian police officer for 13 years. Upon graduating from Law School, Mr. Grace served as a prosecutor in the Orange County, Florida State Attorney's Office. Mr. Grace is presently in private practice and litigates business cases in all three Courts as well as the Southern District of Miami. Mr. Grace is one of the most respected attorneys in Central Florida and is sought after by business owners and Corporate Executives when business attorney is needed. His down to earth approach to Law and no nonsense attitude has earned him a reputation that many other law firms envy.

Haven Perkins, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Perkins has advised over $10 billion in financial transactions, collaborating with companies of all sizes. Prior to joining Secure Trailer Depot, he was the Chief Financial Officer of a pharmaceutical distribution company achieving more than $20 million in annual sales. Mr. Perkins received his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Boston College and his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School. He is a member of the New York Bar.
Edward D. Lazore, General Manager
Mr. Lazore has over 21 years experience in quality with a Fortune 500 worldwide beverage company. He has consulted and implemented new technologies at several facilities throughout the country. An advocate of business, along with his wife, he is a partner in a small business venture in Syracuse, New York. He received a Bachelor of Science in Biology & Chemistry from Le Moyne College and earned a Master of Business Administration from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management, Syracuse University in Operations Management and Marketing.
Bob Phifer, National Sales Manager
Mr. Phifer has over 20 years of selling experience to the heavy-duty aftermarket. His responsibilities included: prospecting, qualifying, demonstrating and closing sales of tools and equipment to large national heavy-duty fleets, OEM’s, and municipalities. Customers included such organizations as FedEx, Ryder Systems, Penske Truck leasing, Navistar/International, PACCAR, TOP 150 TMC Affiliates, Nationalease/Ameriquest members, Idealease, Pac-Lease and Mack Leasing organizations.
